Donation must take place between: August 1st and August 6th to be credited toward Rod’s blood drive

• Make it a Lodge outing! Carpool to a Donor Center.
• Call to reserve a time, especially if several are coming together.
• Bring your family, friends and community members with you to donate – even if you cannot donate!
• Take pictures and/or write a short release for the Masonic Journal or your local paper.

District Deputy Appointment

Brethren,

I have this date sent out a district wide e-mail to all District 11 Lodge Secretaries advsing them that the incoming Grand Master has now confirmed his selections for all District Deputy replacements which will be taking place at the Annual Communcation. I at this with respect to this action as it pertains to me and to our District would like to take this opportunity to congratulate W.B. Wayne Budwick the present Area Administrator of Area 1 here in our district on his soon to be formal appointment to succeed me as your District Deputy, I have full confidence in his abilties to continue the efforts I have attempted to instill here in District 11 to make it one we can all be proud of, I have assured and given W.B. Wayne my full support and will be working with him closely the next serveral weeks to insure a smooth transition and ask each of you to welcome him and share with him the same wonderful and brotherly support each of you have so graciously given to me these past 3 years, a support I will forever cherish and remember as I continue my Masonic travels in the future. I am and will remain forever humbled by the triubute you all gave to me at my last District meeting on April 20th, may God continue to bless each of you and your families always.

District 11 Traveling Gavel Update

DISTRICT 11"TRAVELING GAVEL" HAS MOVED
UPDATED April 25, 2011

The District 11 "Traveling Gavel" has once again been captured!!! Several Brethren of Unity Lodge traveled to Wilmot Lodge and following an evening of Masonic fellowship with the brethren of Wilmot lodge captured the gavel.
The"Traveling Gavel" is now in the possession of
UNITY LODGE # 367, congratulations to the Brethern of UNITY LODGE for their efforts to keep the gavel on the move, and I once again ask each of our fellow District 11 lodges to "keep it moving" through the District.
